As a service to users of the official Ty website, we are providing a trading forum, the Beanie Board of Trade (BBOT). On the BBOT, adult registered users may post items for sale or trade, subject to the following Rules and Regulations. Other adult registered users may then request the seller's electronic mail address. You should not participate in this forum if you do not want to share your personally-identifiable information with other Ty.com registered users.

Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in revocation of your registration privileges. These Rules and Regulations are in addition to and supplement the general Terms and Conditions of the Ty website, found at our home page. By offering a product for sale on the BBOT, or requesting personal information about Sellers (which is limited to electronic mail addresses), you agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, your sole remedy is to not register for or use the BBOT.

BBOT LISTINGS
Ty Inc. prohibits listing of items for sale that are counterfeit, fake, illegal, infringing, or otherwise in violation of the website Terms and Conditions. The following list provides examples of items that you may not put up for sale on the BBOT, or activities in which you may not engage on the BBOT. There may be items or activities that are not on this list that are not appropriate to include on the BBOT.

advertisements adults-only materials or pornography alcohol and tobacco ammunition, fireworks, firearms, or other weapons animals and wildlife anything illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation anything that you do not have the right to sell, including stolen goods artifacts bulk e-mail lists counterfeit goods (including counterfeit currency and stamps) items that infringe upon another's trademarks and/or copyrights

drugs and drug paraphernalia embargoed items food government IDs and licenses human organs and remains medical devices police-related items postage meters postings that include promotions, such as sweepstakes, contests, raffles, or give-aways prescription drugs or materials real estate stocks and other securities use of titles that do not accurately describe what you are offering for sale

You may place "wanted" postings on the BBOT, but such postings may not include reference to any of the above items, nor may you engage in any of the above-described activities. Wanted postings are subject to these Rules and Regulations, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of this website.

The BBOT does not support graphics, and thus you will not be able to place photographs of your products, your logos, the logos of third parties, or other graphics in your posting. You may not include in your listing a link to another area of Ty.com, or to a web page not located on the Ty.com website.

COMPLETION OF SALES
The BBOT is offered solely as a posting service. Individuals who decide to make purchases or complete sales may not do so on the BBOT, or elsewhere on the Ty.com website. You understand that Ty.com does not guarantee the authenticity of products, or the reliability of the parties with whom you may elect to conduct business. You agree that should you engage in a purchase or sale, or post a "wanted" message, you do so at your own risk.

VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS
If Ty Inc. discovers or otherwise learns of any item placed on the BBOT in violation of these Rules and Regulations, or this website's Terms and Conditions, or if Ty Inc. determines (in its sole discretion) that any item is inappropriate or harmful to the Ty Inc. community or Ty Inc.'s business, you agree that we have the right to remove such item from the listing and terminate the posting. If we terminate your posting, we will provide you with a notice explaining our reason for doing so.

After we have had to remove an item of yours for the reasons set forth above, you agree that Ty Inc. has the right to terminate your USER ID and password and/or terminate your ability to place items for sale. You agree that Ty Inc. has no liability to you as a result of any such termination. You also agree to indemnify and defend Ty Inc. for any and all damages and costs that result from any prohibited item that you place for sale.

SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your USER ID, and for all uses of the BBOT under your USER ID, whether or not such use was authorized by you. Your use of the BBOT is at your own risk. You understand that the BBOT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this website. You agree that Ty Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage you may sustain as a result of your participation in the BBOT, product you purchase or sell using the BBOT, or from any information that you may obtain at the BBOT.
